Step 1: Accessing the Portal

To log in to the myS32 client portal:

  1. Go to https://mys32.io.

  2. Enter the username and password provided in your initial onboarding email.

  3. Click "Login" to access your account dashboard.

If you've forgotten your credentials, use the "Forgot Password" link on the login page to reset your password securely.

Step 2: Navigating the Dashboard

Once logged in, you'll land on your dashboard, which provides a quick overview of:

  • Active products and services

  • Recent support tickets and status updates

  • Billing details and recent invoices

  • Important alerts and notifications from S32 Technologies
